Most people have read The Essene Gospel
of Peace book one, yet many are unaware
of the The Healing God Spell of Saint
John which is the full version of the
text. There is also the Samaritan
order's Spanish version. I compared all
three to see what really was the diet of
John.
DR. LOVEWISDOM'S VERSION:
Then one of
the disciples, knowing it
troubled many, brought up the
question, “Master, if it is
forbidden to eat animal flesh as
a food, what should we eat?”
The Christ responded: “OUR
HEAVENLY FATHER HAS SAID,
“BEHOLD I HAVE GIVEN YOU EVERY
KIND OF GRASS THAT GROWS IN THE
FIELDS, EVERY HERB, ALL GREEN
PLANTS AND VEGETABLES THAT GROW
IN THE FARMS, GARDENS, AND EVERY
KIND OF FRUIT THAT GROWS IN YOUR
ORCHARDS OR GROVES FROM WHICH TO
SELECT YOUR FOOD, BESIDE THE
MILK OF YOUR ANIMALS, FOR THE
USE OF ITS CULTURED PRODUCT.

THE SAMARITAN ORDER SPANISH
VERSION:
Entonces un discipulo
pregunto: "Maestro, si prohibes
comer la carne como alimento,
que comeremos? Jesus respondio:
El padre celestial, ha dicho: Os
doy toda clase de hierba que
crece en el campo, todas las
verduras y legumbres que
producen vuestras huertas, y
tambien toda fruta de vuestras
arboledas, para que os sirvan de
alimento, ademas, la leche de
vuestros animales y todos los
subproductos y derivados de la
misma."
Spanish to English translation:
Therefore a disciple asked:
"Master, if you prohibit eating
meat as a food, what should we
eat? Jesus replied: the Heavenly
Father, has said: I give you all
kinds of grass that grow in the field,
all green leafy vegetables and
green vegetables that grow in your gardens,
also any fruit that grows in
your fruit grove, can be used as
a source of food, in addition,
the milk of your animals and all
the by-products and derivatives
of the same.
(note: hierba includes
also herbs and weeds Collins
Dictionary)
(note:
legumbres
secas
means dried
pulses
(dried beans), whereas legumbres
verdes means fresh green
vegetables like
zucchini,
broccoli, celery etc.
Verduras is translated as greens
like lettuce, spinach and
cabbage. Collins Dictionary)
(note: By-products and
derivatives of milk would
include cottage
cheese, cheese, yogurt, kefir, butter, butter
oil or ghee and cream cheese.)
In the Lovewisdom translation it
says, "the milk of your animals,
for the use of its cultured
product." This implies only
cultured milk and not raw, fresh
milk is to be consumed. Raw,
warm milk right from the cow was
used to extract a huge tapeworm
and was considered the favorite
food of satan.
Most people who
have problems with milk is due
to drinking it in its fluid
uncultured form either raw or
pasteurized. When fluid milk is
cultured as cheese, cottage
cheese, low acid-low lactic acid
yogurt, sour cream, cream,
butter and butter oil or ghee
there are usually no problems
with indigestion or sinus
blocking, earaches and phlegm in
the throat. Drinking fluid milk
without first being cultured is
not part of the diet of John.
No mention is made of sprouts
only vegetable greens and no
mention is made of nuts, seeds, grains
or beans in their raw or
sprouted form. This is very
important because why is a
recipe for sprouted grain bread
included if it's not in the
allowed diet?

DR. SZEKELY'S VERSION:
"Wherefore,
prepare and eat all fruits of
trees, and all grasses of the
fields, and all milk of beasts
good for eating. For all these
are fed and ripened by the fire
of life; all are the gift of the
angels of our Earthly Mother."
Grasses is used instead of green
vegetables and herbs.
AND
"So eat
always from the table of God:
the fruits of the trees, the
grain and grasses of the field,
the milk of beasts, and the
honey of bees."
Grain
is mentioned here, but not in
the other two translations. The
Spanish version does contain the
recipe for sprouted bread as
does the
Szekely version but
Dr. Lovewisdom held that it was
an interpolation or addition to the original
since it is known John ate no grain bread
only eating carob "bread".
The
calcium to phosphorus
ratio of sprouted wheat is 7
parts phosphorus to 1 part
calcium which demineralizes your
teeth and bones and is therefore
an unhealthy food.
see
phytic acid-calcium/phosphorus
page
AND
"Behold, I
have given you every herb
bearing seed, which is upon the
face of all the earth, and every
tree, in the which is the fruit
of a tree yielding seed; to you
it shall be for meat. And to
every beast of the earth, and to
every fowl of the air, and to
everything that creepeth upon
the earth, wherein there is
breath of life, I give every
green herb for meat.
Also the
milk of every thing that moveth
and liveth upon earth shall be
meat for you; even as the green
herb have I given unto them, so
I give their milk unto you. But
flesh, and the blood which
quickens it, shall ye not eat."
Herb
bearing seed is confusing and is
found also in the Bible's
Genesis chapter which is where
this passage came from. The other two
translations do not mention
herbs bearing seed, so there is
no confusion as to whether seeds
are to be eaten.
The evidence
from the above translations is
clear; sprouts, nuts, seeds,
grains, sprouted grains and
beans are not the diet
prescribed by John.
* * * *
The
Diet of John, as deduced by
inspection of the above three
translations was, in the order
they were given;
a. Raw,
uncooked, fresh greens (lettuce,
spinach, cabbage), green
vegetables (celery, broccoli,
zucchini etc.), root vegetables
(carrots, beets, radishes), grasses (wheat
grass juice or chewed, barley
grass, common green grass) also wild vegetables or
"weeds" like dandelion greens
and purslane and cultivated
herbs like parsley and cilantro.
No sprouts, sprouted grains,
grains, nuts, seeds or beans in any
form.
b.
Fruits in their fresh form
including juice. Carob powder is sweet
but not juicy but good mixed
with banana or eaten as a whole
pod.
c. Milk, grass-fed,
unpasteurized if available, in its cultured form as
yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese, cheese,
butter, sour cream, butter oil
(clarified butter or ghee). Eggs are considered a dairy food
but are not mentioned in any of
the translations.
Transitionally cooked vegetables,
potatoes
and grains are needed to
detoxify gradually combined with
short fasts using vegetable
juice, green grass juice, fruit juice or
coconut water.
Taoist health principles
recommend eating living, raw
fruits and vegetables at room
temperature or slightly heated
or cooked in some cases. Warming
fruits and vegetables are needed
to aid the digestive process.
For example peaches are warming
and pineapples are hot but
bananas are cold. A complete
list is available in the book
mentioned below.
